Fairytale Moments Events, based in Swampscott, MA, provides services for celebrations and occasions of all types. We provide decor services including backdrops, balloon decor, linens, decor items. We also have an amazing Magical Mirror Photobooth, an interactive experience that captures amazing photos and the trendy 360 photobooth.
Your Balloon Lady, a division of Fairytale Moments Events specializes in balloon decor and creations including balloon columns, balloon arches, organic balloon garlands, stuffed balloons, and arrangements in many styles and sizes.
Our goal is to provide quality services and value. We are grateful to have established great relationships with clients, including businesses, schools & other non-profits.

A Bit About Me (& the "team")

Fairytale Moments is owned by Carolina Velasquez-Freeman. Carolina was inspired to launch Fairytale Moments Events in 2014 after almost 10 years of decorating events for family and friends, including planning and decorating her own wedding. Randy, Carolina's husband & a photographer, along with Janelle and Gigi, their daughters, work together to continue building and growing the business.
Like most, we have "day jobs"/school, and a busy lifestyle that includes all the home/family life things, often volunteering and whatever else comes our way.
We speak Spanish (Hablamos Español).
Fun facts! Carolina was born in Uruguay and arrived home to the US at 1 month old. Carolina's paternal grandfather placed 3rd in the 1952 Boston Marathon. Carolina loves all things Disney.

Other occasions such as fundraisers, non-profit events, festivals, walks/races, stuffed balloon gifts, reunions, retirements, welcome, bon voyage, congratulations, parades, bereavments and so much more we can't list it all!
